On February 17, 2022, the 2021 Annual Summary Conference of Insurance Powder Branch of China Inorganic Salt Industry Association was held in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province. The meeting summarized the achievements of the insurance powder branch, and at the same time raised the flag for the next step of work, that is, continue to promote the insurance powder packaging "bag" to "barrel".
At the meeting, Jing Zhehu, president of the insurance powder branch, said that in 2021, the insurance powder association held several meetings to analyze the issue of insurance powder packaging, emphasizing the importance of insurance powder packaging compliance. At present, most enterprises have realized metal barrel packaging, and some enterprise packaging lines are undergoing technological transformation. However, there are still some problems, such as non-barreled insurance powder is still sold and circulated in the market, metal barrel packaging is difficult to recycle, some enterprises have insufficient awareness of safety in production, bagged products have signs of resumption of production, and so on.
Jingzhe Lake stressed that in 2022, the insurance powder industry should continue to implement the insurance powder packaging regulations, strengthen the insurance powder safety production responsibility awareness. For enterprises that transport flammable and explosive dangerous goods by road in violation of the regulations on the safety management of dangerous chemicals, the insurance powder branch will actively cooperate with the relevant administrative law enforcement organs to collect material evidence, documentary evidence, audio-visual materials, electronic data and other materials in the process of investigating and handling insurance powder-related cases, so that they can be used as evidence in criminal proceedings.
Members of the insurance powder branch made a statement at the meeting. Ding Chunren, secretary general of insurance powder branch and executive vice president of Jinhe Group, said that as a secretary-general unit, Jinhe Group will set an example for the industry and welcome supervision and inspection by industry insiders. Yuan Xianyong, chairman of Jiangxi Hongan Chemical Co., Ltd., said that Hongan Chemical will actively implement the packaging requirements for "bags" to "barrels" of insurance powder, and has invested more than 600 million yuan to build a new barrel production line.
